John Hess, MA
Greetings ! It's my pleasure to now be living in beautiful Vienna after almost twenty years of work in the field of ESL instruction, mainly in France.
It's a job I really love, meeting people of various backgrounds and professional situations, and doing what I can to help them reach their goals in the use of English.
Hope to see you soon !
Jessica Howells, DClinPsy, M.Sc
Hello! I’m Jess and I’m originally from Wales, UK. I also lived in London where I did my doctorate and worked in the field of clinical psychology. However, after moving to Austria in 2016, I decided to change my career path to teaching English. My passion for languages has grown ever since.
What do I like about teaching? I love working collaboratively with people, supporting them to become more confident and helping them achieve their individual goals.

Teaching for me is as rewarding as it is for the student.
There is nothing more satisfying than seeing a person "get it" when the light goes on.

Hello! I am from the South of England. I have lived in Austria since 2019. I love the country! The history, the culture, and of course the skiing!
I have been teaching English since 2019, I took the CELTA in the UK and then moved to Austria as soon as I could! I enjoy teaching adults and younger learners, and I have experience with both. My favourite thing about teaching is being able to help people build their confidence and achieve their best, whatever their goal may be!

Having previously taught English in Spain and Colombia I realised that languages are a huge passion of mine. To be able to connect with students all over the world and build their English language competence serves as an excellent adventure!
Aoife Murphy, BA, PDE
Hi! I’m from a small town in the centre of Ireland and since my Erasmus year at 19, I have taught English as a foreign language to all age groups in Luxembourg, France, England and as of 2014, also Vienna.
Hi there! I was born and raised in South Africa where I grew up with an affinity for learning languages. In 2013, I decided to move to Austria but it wasn't until much later that I discovered that teaching is something I love doing just as much.
I have found that being able to play a role in helping others to unlock their language skills is extremely rewarding and something I enjoy doing every day.

Hi everybody, my name is Aglaia, I am from Canada.
With respect to teaching English, there is nothing more rewarding than witnessing a student's smile as the lightbulb finally goes off - and knowing that, on the tiniest of scales, you were somehow involved in making that spark ignite.
